Governor of Rivers State, Ezenwo Nyesom Wike CON, has shot down rumours that he belongs to the Igbo tribe.
Goverbor Wike is an Ikwerre from Rumuepirikom in Obio-Akpor, Rivers State.He cited that Ikwere and Igo people share some common things but it does not mean he is an Igbo.
He was engaged in an interview with Dele Momodou where he was asked that are you Igbo? He simply replied . “I am not” .
