A yet to be identified gunmen have burnt
two offices of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in Ebonyi and Ezza North Local Government Areas of Ebonyi State.
A statement made available to 9News Nigeria by the commission said no casualties were recorded but extensive damages to the building and facilities.
