Unknown Gunmen in the early Hours of Saturday, attacked Tse-Ancha,Makurdi local Govt area of Benue State, killing Eight (8) Persons including the Kindred Head of the Community and Injuring about Six others,9News Nigeria confirmed.
This is coming barely three weeks after an attack by Fulani Herdsmen was carried out on Abagana,a community hosting the largest IDPs in Benue.The Chairman of Makurdi local Government Hon.Anthony Dyegeh confirmed the Sad incident to newsmen in Makurdi on Saturday.
Stating that,those who sustained injuries were receiving treatment at the Benue State University teaching Hospital.All calls put across to the Police PPRO Benue State were not connecting.
