The senator Representing Imo East Senatorial District, Senator EZENWA FRANCIS ONYEWUCHI has expressed happiness for being part of the success story of the 2021 media summit organised by Imo state Council of the NUJ in Owerri on Tuesday dated 25-05-2021.
In his goodwill message sent across through his representative at the occasion, Chief Innocent Ekenma EZENWA, one time LGA Chairman of Owerri West, had maintained that this planned event by the NUJ highlights the huge achievements, professional deligence and contribution to the development of media coverage nationwide.
The SENATOR however congratulated the Imo state Council NUJ on these achievement and promised to extend his widi support to all her futher endavours.
In his words, ” On behalf of the good people of Imo East Senatorial District, accept my best wishes as I pray for your continued success on this event and always.
Recall that the 2021 media summit, Theme: THE MEDIA AS A CATALYST FOR REALIZATION OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT” took place at the popular Rockview Hotel Owerri, the capital city of Imo state Nigeria.
Creme de la creme of notable personalities in the pen industry, crew of media practitioners and Government functionaries too numerous to mention were present at the summit while presentation of awards and special investiture on His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma as grand patron, NUJ,IMO STATE COUNCIL was a top notch.
