Veteran American rapper, Radric Delantic Davis, popularly known as Gucci Mane has gotten a day named after him.
The city of Atlanta has declared 10/17 as “Gucci Mane Day”.
This date corresponds with the name of his record label, 1017 records, which houses rappers such as Foogiano, Pooh Shiesty among others.
Gucci Mane has released 14 studio albums and over 71 mixtapes throughout his career and is easily regarded as one of the most influential rappers.
