Bayelsa APC has appointed Dr Samuel Ogbuku as the Director General of the APC Gubernatorial Campaign Council.
Chief Dr Samuel Ogbuku is a former Chief-of-Staff to Timipre Sylva and the current MD of the Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC.
