Nigerian Pastor John Ogbonna, a renowned clergyman from Ebonyi State, reportedly passed away while fasting and praying for the well-being of Nigeria and its people.
According to sources close to the family, Pastor Ogbonna had gone on a spiritual retreat to seek divine intervention for the country’s challenges. Unfortunately, his life was tragically cut short during this time of prayer and fasting.
The death of this pastor has led many Nigerians to react to the high level of Christians attempting to test God’s power.
By trying to replicate what Jesus Christ did while he was on earth, and attempting to prove to their members that God is using them mightily, the life of this pastor has come to a tragic end.
