Oluwatimileyin Ajayi, the suspected killer of Salome Eleojo Adaidu, a 24-year-old Corps Member has pleaded not guilty to the allegation.
Ajayi, a 32-year-old Nigerian charged with one count of culpable homicide punishable by death, contrary to Section 221 of the Penal Code of Northern Nigeria.
He was arraigned on Monday January 27, 2025 before Justice Simon Aboki of the Nasarawa State High Court in Lafia, Nasarawa State.
The case has been adjourned from 17 to 20th March, 2025 for trial.
