The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced that the 2026 Batch C Stream One Or Course will begin on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, and end Tuesday, October 20, 2026.

A statement issued by the Director, Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu, on Tuesday, informed the general public and especially the prospective Corps members that the 2026 Batch ‘C’ Stream One Orientation Course will commence on Wednesday, 30th September, and end on Tuesday, 20th October, 2026.

Registration of prospective corps members will run from September 30 to October 2, while the swearing-in is scheduled for Friday, October 2, 2026.

According to the statement, the three-week orientation exercise will take place across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

NYSC Director-General, Brigadier Olakunle Nafiu, advised prospective corps members and course officials to travel safely, avoid night journeys and use designated motor parks.

The Director General, wished all the prospective Corps members and Course officials safe trips to their respective orientation camps.
