There is no proper plans on ground for physical challenge persons in the state
I’m Appealing to the chairman of palliative committe of distribution Mr Soboma Jackrich And Rt Hon Victor Antai as secretary with all the state directors of the commission as members of the committee to carry persons living with Disabilities along in the distribution of the Covid 19 palliative.
Persons living with Disabilities in Niger Delta needs food stuffs And Financial Assistance.
