The SSA to the Governor of Anambra State on Nupeng Petroleum and Union Matters Hon. Comr. Peter Nwosu has restated his unalloyed commitment towards the welfare of Anambra oil and gas Stakeholders.
Hon. Comr. Peter Nwosu (Okwute Nupeng) made this disclosure in Awka, Anambra State when he received an oil and gas stakeholder who visited him.
Hon. Nwosu revealed that oil and gas Sector is one of the four wheels which His Excellency Chief Sir Willie Obiano hinged his developmental agenda for Anambra State.
He revealed that he has been working assiduously with the relevant petroleum Union in Anambra State to ensure that the oil and gas Sector in the state is at par with other State.
Hon. Nwosu noted that the State Government is not resting on its oars in it’s determination to include Anambra as an oil producing State.
He assured that his office has earmarked programs for the year that will ensure that oil and gas host communities are carried along in Government policies and programs.
He further called for the support of all and sundry towards making Anambra petroleum sector a Pacesetter among it’s peers.
He further vowed to block all loopholes and leakages in revenue generation to the state government.
