The Anambra State Health Insurance Agency will soon commence free registration of all War Veterans in the State into the Scheme inline with the recent approval by Governor Willie Obiano.
The Executive Secretary of the Agency, Dr Simeon Onyemaechi disclosed this when representatives of the Veterans paid him a courtesy call in Awka.
Dr Onyemaechi urged them to provide list of all their surviving members to the Agency while ASHIA personnel would visit all the nine Brigades of the War Veterans for the registration exercise and issue them identity cards.
He reassured of Governor Obiano’s determination towards giving the Veterans first class services to promote their welfare.
