Imo APC chairman MacDonald Ebere has reiterated his confidence in Governor Uzodinma’s re-Election victory come November 11,2023.
The party chairman made this statement at a visit of the National Chairman of All Progressives Congress APC party Alhaji Ganduje to the state on Friday.
His visit to Imo state was in an expression of a grand display of political unity and determination together with the leadership of the National Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who stormed Owerri to formally inaugurate Imo APC November 11 gubernatorial campaign Council at the campaign council secretariat complex Owerri as earlier reported by 9News Nigeria Owerri.
The 2-days event which started on the 15th of September, 2023 witnessed the arrival of APC National Chairman, Alhaji Umar Ganduje, Governors and a host of other notable party members in Owerri.
These dignitaries were warmly welcomed by Governor Uzodinma, Imo APC Chairman, Hon. MacDonald Ebere, PhD, and a host of other State leaders of the party.
Leaders of the APC in Imo State turned out en masse to extend their greetings and support to the visiting dignitaries, reflecting the party’s solidarity and enthusiasm for the upcoming gubernatorial election.
Alhaji Umar Ganduje, addressing the crowd after officially opening the campaign secretariat, expressed unwavering confidence in Governor Uzodinma’s to win the forthcoming gubernatorial election.
Alhaji Ganduje charged members of the party to show convincing commitment and ensure Governor Uzodinma’s landslide victory in the upcoming gubernatorial election.
In his address, Imo State Governor, Dist.Sen Hope Uzodinma expressed gratitude to the APC National Chairman and all party members for their unwavering support.
The Governor emphasized the importance of unity within the party and pledged to continue working tirelessly to ensure the progress and development of Imo State. Governor Uzodinma also highlighted some of the key achievements of his administration, promising to do even more if re-elected.
Imo APC Chairman, Hon. MacDonald Ebere, PhD, reiterated the commitment of all APC members in Imo State to the success of the campaign.
He stressed the importance of grassroots mobilization and urged party members to work hand in hand to secure victory in the upcoming election.
Hon. Ebere also commended the leadership of the National Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress for their support in ensuring that Governor Uzodinma re-emerges as Imo State Governor for a second term in office.
Speaking with 9News Nigeria Owerri, the Imo APC campaign council inauguration will mark a significant step in the APC’s efforts to secure victory in Imo State, setting the stage for a fiercely contested election in the days to come, media aide to the state party chairman, Mendosa Julian Godswill hinted.
