HIGHLIGHTS THE POSSIBLE REASONS FOR APC TO GO GRASSROOT.
Few moments ago, All Progressive congress party APC party Chiarman of Owerri West paid a FAMILIARISATION visit to the council Headquarters UMUGUMA.
Hon. Humphrey Umunakwe in his visit called on the IMC members of owerri west to embrace eachother and support the APC party grow and win the upcoming Elections at all levels.
He futher stated that his visit was to pay respect and solidarity to the IMC CHAIRMAN and Councilors of owerri west to Brian storm on possible ways to improve the party.
He however stated that he is ready to work with every Owerri Western that have good view to help GOVERNOR Hope Uzodinma to govern the state and change the narrative to better the state.
In response, Hon Okechukwu Enyioha embraced the party Chairman together with his IMC members to work together to defend APC in Owerri West.
Hon Okechukwu Enyioha futher adviced the APC LGA BOSS to avoid gossip and be humble to recognize every leader at all level.
Hon Obinna Duru Councilor representing Irete ward-10 told him to stay strong and create party programs to heat the ground running while promising that ward-10 is in full support of his appointment.
Hon Chikadibia Okpe, the ward councilor for Nekede ward-7 encouraged the party Chairman to recognize party members and relate to leaders of Owerri West at due times to make the party great.
Meanwhile, Humphrey Umunakwe promised to do the party great and appealed to IMC Council members to support APC in all the grassroots of Owerri West.
Those in attendance are Honourables, CHINEDU EKEOCHA- WARD 1, JOHNSON OPARA- WARD 2, EBERE OKORIE- WARD 3, MARK AMADI-WARD 4, CHIKADIBIA OKPE- WARD 7, ASIKA UGWUEBULA – WARD 8, OBINNA DURU- WARD 10, CHRISTIAN NJOKU LGA YOUTH LEADER, CHINYERE OFURUM LGA WOMEN LEADER, IZUWA VICTOR IMC MEMBER and grand host Honourable Okechukwu Enyioha.
