The All Progressives Congress (APC) Youth League is set to inaugurate her new national leadership today 27th July 2024, at the FCT Exhibition Hall in Abuja.
According to a statement released by the outgoing National President, Comrade Atir Solomon Faeran, the event will commence at 10:00 a.m.
The new national executives, led by Comrade Olamide Lawal, who was recently elected as President at the Congress held in Osogbo, Osun State capital, will be sworn in during the inauguration ceremony.
In a special gesture, the Secretary of the Federation Sen. George Akume will be the special guest of this occasion as a result of his recognition of his unwavering support for youth development and empowerment in Nigeria.
The APC Youth League, one of the pioneer youth support groups of the APC, aims to promote youth participation in the political process, build leadership capacity among youths, and advocate for good governance and sustainable democracy in Nigeria.
The league has a strong presence across the country, with national, zonal, and state structures, and its membership spans all 36 states and 774 local government areas, including the Federal Capital Territory.
