Billionaire businessman and philanthropist, Prince Arthur Eze, has expressed deep gratitude to former Head of State, General Ibrahim Babangida (rtd), for his influence on his life, stating that without him, he “could have been a dead man.”

Eze made the remarks at the launch of Babangida’s book, A Journey in Service, held on Thursday in Abuja.

In a show of appreciation, he announced a donation of ₦500 million to support the former leader’s initiatives.

“You made me what I am today. Without you, I could have been a dead man,” Eze declared.

The event, attended by political and business leaders, highlighted Babangida’s legacy and contributions to Nigeria’s political landscape.

Eze’s generous donation further demonstrated his long-standing admiration for the former military president.
