Imo state government intensifies efforts to retrieve government vehicles from Wanted Government Officials in the state and in the process Former government official, Batos Nwadike was caught from hiding at the instance of Government intelligence where he swiftly abandoned government vehicle in his possession and eloped with okada to an unknown destination.

Information reaching us has it that Batos Nwadike, one of the recently declared wanted by the law enforcement agency for illegal possession of Government vehicles has been caught from his hiding as he eloped into an Okada leaving behind the vehicle.

He was caught somewhere in Owerri in the late afternoon of today where he had no other choice than to run with a moving Okada leaving behind the vehicle.

When caught, he hurriedly took some documents from the vehicle while running and abandoning the vehicle.

The commissioner of police recently extend invitation to Messrs Nwadike, Gerald Irona, Obinna Duruaku among others over illegal possessions of government vehicles.

They have been on the run as luck ran out of Chief Batos Nwadike today while that of others are still awaited. This measure was put in place by Imo state government to recover government facilities and vehicles in the possession of individuals.
