Popular online comedian, Debo Adebayo a.k.a Mr. Macaroni, has been granted bail after being arrested this morning, alongside about 39 others, in connection to the planned protest of the #OccupyLekkiTollGate.
The bail was facilitated by the services of Chief Mike Ozekhome’s (SAN) team at the Panti Police station, Lagos. Others arrested are reportedly being released also.
The protesters were charged by the Police for breaking COVID-19 gathering limits and disobeying an order not to protest.
