A tactical intelligence team of National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), has bursted a family house of one major drug dealer resident in Imo State Nigeria.
9News Nigeria reports that NDLEA placed siege on the particular magnificent mansion following a tip-off information by security intelligence in the area.
The arrest has also exposed a drug cultivation farm situate in the compound of same notorious illicit drug dealer in the state. The farm can be measured of huge hecters of land situate in his compound.
Investigation reveals that the arrested man is allegedly in-charge of major drug cartels behind the production and distribution of deadly psychoactive substance, methamphetamine, popularly called ‘mkpuru mmiri’ and others in Imo.
The men were tracked and have been taken down by operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) few minutes behind this report as 9News.
The arrest came through a tip off from the public which followed the arrest of the leader of the syndicate, a 42-year-old Joachin Chikaodi Mbonu.
One of his major dealer associate in his mansion was caught alongside his Boss in his Umuomi village, Uzogba-Ezenomi autonomous community, Ikeduru Local Government Area of Imo State.
NDLEA had earlier warned illicit drug dealers across the state to desist from such unauthorized business otherwise be ready to face the full weight of the law against illicit drug business.
Though it took the operatives time to gather their intelligence report and without delay moved into action to catch the alleged dealers who took them round their drug cultivation farm inside a decently Built mansion in Ikeduru Imo state Nigeria this Tuesday afternoon, the dealers were caught and arrested red-handed.
