The family of Major General Nur Alkali, immediate past Chief of Administration of the Nigerian Army, has raised an alarm after going missing.
According to reports, General Alkali, who retired from service about two weeks ago, had left his house in Abuja on Monday 3/09/2018 for Bauchi where he has a farm but has been incommunicado since with his phone lines not going through.
It is suspected that Major General Alkali who was travelling in his car may have been kidnapped by unknown hoodlums.
It is reported that General Alkali who is known for his simplicity – does not normally involve Army personnel or materials in relation to his personal businesses and it is believed that he might have travelled alone.
