Nollywood Actor and legend, Mr Ibu is reportedly dead.
Sources close to the Nollywood Actor said he died today after battling with sickness for months which led to the amputation of his leg.
The national president of Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) Emeka Rollas confirmed Ibu’s passing in an Instagram post on Saturday.
He wrote: “Sad Day for Actors Guild of Nigeria. Kate Henshaw lost her mother earlier today and Mr lbu suffered cardiac arrest according to his manager for 24 years Mr Don Single Nwuzor. I announce with deep sense of grief that Mr Ibu didn’t make it. May his soul rest in peace.”
Mr Ibu underwent multiple surgeries and a leg amputation in 2023.
