Following the emergence of Senator. Magnus Abe as the gubernatorial candidate of the Social Democratic Party in Rivers State, two factions have now emerged in the party.
One of the factional chairmen who is against the emergence of Abe in a statement credited to our correspondent today said the court will have to decide the authentic candidate of the party.
He vowed to nullify the substitution primary of the party held on Saturday, adding that what happened in Ekiti SDP, will repeat itself in Rivers State.
A faction of the party, according to reports, on Saturday held a substitution gubernatorial primary that saw the emergence of Senator Abe as its standard-bearer.
