Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe has announced plans that he will dump the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for another party.
In a statement made available to 9News Nigeria correspondent, Abaribe said he will soon announce “a new direction” and told his supporters that they can follow him if they like.
According to him, ” Everybody will make a sacrifice,I have decided to make a sacrifice, I will never be part of anything bad for Abia State, what we won’t do is to step away from the Political process, by tomorrow, I will announce a new direction,you can follow me if you like”.
9NEWS NIGERIA recalls that Abaribe had withdrawn from Abia State Governorship race after the incumbent failed to support his ambition.
