Suspected Armed Bandits opened fire on a tanker conveying petrol to the Dansadau axis of Zamfara State.
9News Nigeria gathered that the petrol tanker was attacked at a military check point closer to Yargaladima town in Dansadau emirate.
The Driver and his aides were so lucky to have escaped the attack.
Other vehicles were also attack in the process.
Some of the commuters in the vehicles attacked sustained various degrees of injury while others trekked to Dansadau barefooted due to the tension,” an eyewitness said.
