The Kaduna State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal has given its verdict on the preliminary objection filed by Governor Uba Sani against the PDP candidate, Isah Mohammed Ashiru on the timeliness of his petition.
The three-man panel led by Justice Victor Oviawe gave the verdict on Thursday, September 28.
