An Oil and Gas guru, Prince Sebastine Eke has received “Best Diaspora Philantropy Award” from the greatest Nigerian students of Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri, Imo State.
The recognition came as a surprise package to appreciate his sense of humor , excellent achievements and benevolence to the Nigerian students across several institutions of learning.
Royal Prince Sebastine Eke is an illustrious son of Nekede Owerri Imo soil who has made his achievements prominent in several capacities thst cuts across Philantropy, human empowerment, community development ,Oil and Gas business and gold market internationally.
Speaking at the event held in Nigeria, wednesday afternoon, Ambassador Princely Onyenwe who received the award on his behalf, told the students the readiness of Royal Prince of Igboland to continue empowering the students irrespective of state of origin and social inclination. His capacity is second to none on human capacity building, mostly on students and the elderly across rural homes and county.
The award was given to Prince Sebastine Eke to appreciate his contributions, kind heartedness and expertise in the oil and gas sector cum human capacity empowerment aimed at using his unwavering efforts to continue in the development of Nigerian students and in extension, African continent.
While delivering the award, the Vice President of Evening Student Programme Association ESPA , comrade (Miss) Favour and her indefatigable executive team, highlighted the good works of Royal Prince Sebastine Eke while charging the oil and gas expert to release more employment to the students in the aluta struggle in Nigeria.
The award event took place at the 500 capacity Hall, School Business and Management Tech, Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri, Wednesday afternoon, at a lecture series tagged, “HYGIENE COMPLIANCE IN A TURBULENT SOCIETY”, presented by Ambassador Princely Onyenwe.
Receiving the award on His behalf, Ambassador Princely Onyenwe showered encomium on the ESPA Students leadership through the office of the VP and reeled out the recipient’s warm regards to the participants alongside co-distinguished award recipients and SUG.
He also highlighted the importance of this prestigious award conferred on Evangelist Sebastian Eke (ROYAL PRINCE OF IGBOLAND) ,as a motivation for him to continue investing hugely on his philanthropy, students capacity building and empowerment, even from diaspora.

At the closure of the award ceremony and special presentation by Federal Polytechnic Nekede students, they were assured of Prince Sebastine Eke’s continued encouragement, stating that they remain partners in the development and goodwill to the society.
Student Union Government (SUG 001) was present at the summit alongside his executive team while Dr Mrs Basillia Igbokwe-Rector of the school was ably represented by Dr (Mrs) Juliana Njoku, Director of Evening program students and Dr Saint Paul Christopher, Dean of Division students affairs amongst others cheered ESPA.
