Sometime late last year 2025, an alleged notorious organ harvester was heralded in Imo state and his property worth billions of naira was destroyed in the course of demolition by a government agents in Imo state Nigeria.

Recall that the operation was led by the then police commissioner on a tip off information brought to the state government through several assumed reliable sources indicating the series of crimes going on in both hotel and morgue premises owned by an Ngor Okpala born billionaire nick named Morocco.

Meanwhile, he has denied all allegations levied against him while accusing government agents of mis firing against him without verifying their sources. Chief Morocco has tagged the action against him as a “Set up” demolition and high class accusation from government.

In his words, “They discovered that the allegations against me originated from a poorly manufactured intelligence report sponsored by the office of the Chairperson of Ngor Okpala LGA.

He also added that the attack on him came from government settings, a perceived political background because he had declared his intension to run for the position of State House of Assembly for Ngor Okpala State constituency few weeks to the sudden chase on him. Though investigation is still ongoing, our readers can read his response thus:

ALLEGATIONS OF KIDNAPPING, ORGAN HARVESTING AND OWNERSHIP OF A MORTUARY LEVELED AGAINST ME:

MY RESPONSE.

I specially give God all the glory for this opportunity to address my people – the great people of Ngor Okpala on the above allegations made against me by yet to be identified person or persons.

Last year, I formally declared my interest to contest the position of a member of the Imo State House of Assembly, to represent Ngor Okpala constituency. A few weeks later, I was accused of being a kidnapper, an organ harvester and the owner of the mortuary at Umuhu community. Based on the said allegations,

I was declared wanted by the Imo State government without due process as no Court was involved and the Nigerian Police Force headquarters was also not involved. It is important to note that I was never invited officially by any security agent in Nigeria to defend the said allegations. In a bid to perfect their wicked set up against me,

I was forcefully alleged to be the owner of a mortuary where the organ harvesting was being carried out. The Imo State government instructed the demolition of my properties without proper investigation of the said allegations. In the light of the above circumstances, I was forced to report the matter to the FCID, Abuja, knowing from available facts that the Imo State Police Command has been highly compromised in the matter.

My petition to the FCID was for the highest criminal investigation office in Nigeria to investigate the allegations and the destruction of my properties. FCID officers visited Imo State and did their investigations- they recorded statements from many people including Engr Afam Ugwudi, HRH Eze Frederick Ogechi Nwachukwu and others.Officers of the FCID have concluded their investigations on the allegations made against me and came out with some findings.

They discovered that the allegations against me originated from a poorly manufactured intelligence report sponsored by the office of the Chairperson of Ngor Okpala LGA.

It was also discovered that the owner of the mortuary is Engr Afam Ugwudi-the same mortuary that was linked to me to justify the demolition of my properties. The Police recorded the statement of Afam in audio and video form where he testified that he is the owner and had not met me before. Afam also stated that his mortuary was never used for kidnapping or organ harvesting purposes.

The FCID officers confirmed that the security agents in Imo State refused to invite Afam for questioning despite the fact that they were aware that he is the true owner of the mortuary. They further discovered that there was no concrete or substantial evidence from the Police duplicate file collected from the X squad, Imo State Command linking me to the said allegations and no entry was made at the Divisional Police Headquarters, Umuneke, Ngor Okpala regarding any investigation on the said allegations. It was further discovered that nobody has ever made any report that his or her loved ones corpse deposited at Ugwudi Cottage Hospital was mutilated or any of the organs missing.

The so-called intelligence report alleged that the mortuary was turned into a human parts warehouse without any evidence to substantiate the allegation. It is important to note that Mrs. Chika Ibekwe, the Chairperson of Ngor Okpala LGA and Dr. Chioma Egu were officially invited by the officers of the FCID, Abuja, but they ignored the invitation.

The invitation was for them to provide evidence of the allegations made against me having come on air during the media briefing to allege that I am a kidnapper, an organ harvester and the owner of the mortuary used as a human parts warehouse. However, they cowardly failed to attend the invitation and provide any evidence linking me to the alleged crimes.

The question is – why are they running away from police investigation if they are sure of what they alleged against me? They have been hiding under the coverage of His Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodinma, whom they deceived by providing false information, just to destroy me for their political gains. Sincerely speaking, I don’t blame my Governor for what he did, because he was deceived into giving such instructions. If my Governor knew the truth, he wouldn’t have given such instructions.

My problem came from my own people who planned and executed this evil with some foreigners against me without conscience just for political and economic gains. They used government machinery to destroy me, because they believe they have free access to such authority. But God will always prove Himself. It is important to note that investigation is still going on to uncover the persons who sold false information to the Imo State government and accused me of having committed the said crimes which led to the demolition of my properties. It is painful that the evidence of my decades of hard work was destroyed in a few days for no reason.

Thank you very much for your kind support, contributions and advice during this time.

God bless you all.
God bless Ngor Okpala

I remain Chief Stanley Uzoma Oparaugo

“Morocco”.
