The Governor of Imo State, His Excellency Governor Hope Uzodinma has increased the monthly minimum wage of Imo workers to fourth thousand Naira monthly.
The News broke the airwaves Saturday afternoon when Governor Uzodinma announced the News.
The people are highly surprised on the new package expecting alot good conduct and appreciation from Imo workers.
9News Nigeria Owerri reports that Governor Hope Uzodinma has approved 40thousand Naira New minimum wage for workers.
Meanwhile, Imo Civil Servants will get One Meal per day and free Medical care as part of the Palliative measure in place by the Government.
This is in addition to the Free Mass Transit in existence since 2020. The upgrade of the secretariat complex is also wearing a charming look at the envy of other neighbouring states in the zone.
This development is inline with Governor Uzodinma’s commitment to fulfilling his promises to all Imolites. This is a commendable step forward. Imo workers are filled with jubilations at the time of breaking this News.
