Despite ban on open grazing by the Enugu Sate government, herdsmen have continued to parade their Cows in Enugu State.
9NEWS NIGERIA reports that Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State on Thursday received Governors of Rivers, Ogun states and Deputy Governors of Edo, Ebonyi, Ekiti, Oyo and Imo States.
Cows were seen being paraded by the herdsmen as the Southern Governors meet in Enugu State.
