Embattled music executive and businessman, Sean Diddy Combs has been hit with a big blow with a court judgement ordering him to pay $100 million to a Michigan inmate.
In the court judgment, inmate, Cardello-Smith sued Combs in June, claiming that the mogul drugged and raped him at a party in 1997.
During court proceedings last month, Smith told the judge that Diddy personally visited him in prison after he filed the lawsuit and offered him $2.3 million to withdraw case, stressing that he (Diddy) would not appear in court.
“You know how we get down.” Diddy said.
“I disagree with how you get down”. Smith replied as a rejection.
Cardello-Smith is serving multiple sentences for various offenses, including kidnapping and assault.
