Nigerian rapper Panshak Zamani popularly known as Ice Prince has revealed how giving up smoking and other unhealthy habits has significantly improved his life.
In post on X, the Plateau-born artist said he went from being a heavy smoker to a “very happy non-smoker”, describing it as the best decisions he has ever made.
“Quitting Loud and cigarettes is by far the best decision I ever made in my life…. from a chronic smoker to a very happy non-smoker, God Is The Greatest!!!! Feeling Uncharted and Saved”, he wrote.
He also noted that he has stayed away from alcohol, Soda, and energy drinks for nearly a year.
“Also almost a year FREE from Alcohol, Soda, energy drinks, all that concoction!!! Dear God I intend to stay and feel this way for the rest of my life coz damn ah feel good uno”, Ice Prince added.
The “Oleku” singer had previously spoken about his struggles with Cannabis, admitting in 2025 that he regretted learning how to roll it.
“One of the first things I wish I could unlearn is how to roll (Cannabis) I wish I had never learnt that. Because If I had never learnt that I probably would not have smoked”, he said.
Ice Prince’s journey reflects a growing focus among artists on wellness, self-discipline, and positive lifestyle changes.
