A romantic security guard in Uganda Proposed to a Lecturer at the University. The proposal took place in the middle of the road where he brought the traffic to a standstill as both passerby and police officers cheered him for taking bold step. The security personnel was assigned to the female lecturer’s fence for over two years and that is how he managed to grab her admiration through tales, jokes, poems and romantic words of encouragements. The lecturer has since vowed to send his lover to school and make him the father of her unborn children.
