SOP embraces technology, but not simply to make things easier; it is also to make them smarter. Lengthy wait times are no longer necessary.
The SOP avoids interactions between taxpayers and officials, which speed up processes while reducing errors and inefficiencies.This SOP not only makes tax collection more innovative but also strengthens cooperation among the many departments and field offices of FIRS. When everyone is on the same page, performance improves, and goals are met faster.
