The Federal Government has withdrawn its criminal complaint against Ms Comfort Emmanson, the passenger accused of unruly behaviour aboard Air flight, and reduced the flight ban imposed on Fuji music star Wasiu Ayinde Marshall popularly known as KWAM 1.
This contained in a press release on Wednesday August 13, the Minister said consultations with key Aviation stakeholders over the past 48 hours informed his decision.
The Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, SAN, announced the decision, following consultations with stakeholders in the Aviation sector.
According to the Minister, the resolutions were reached after reviewing the incidents, considering appeals from well-meaning individuals, and considering the remorse shown by those involved.

*Ibom Airline to withdraw the complaint against Ms Comfort Emmanson today and she will released from Kirikiri prison, Also, the life time ban on her will be revoked.
*Wasiu Ayinde Marshall, popularly known as KWAM 1 flight ban has been reduced to one month. He will also be made an Ambassador for proper Airports security protocol. All criminal complaint against him will be withdrawn.
*The license of Captain Oluranti and co-pilot will be restored.
