Fidelity Bank has come under criticism from customers following a network glitch that disrupted services across its digital platforms.
Several customers took to social media on Wednesday, 24 September, 2025 to lament failed transactions, inaccurate account details and difficulties accessing their accounts due to repeated login errors.
The disruptions have raised concerns among users who rely heavily on the bank’s online and mobile services for daily transactions.
In response, Fidelity Bank issued an apology, assuring customers that its technical team is actively working to resolve the issues.
The bank urged users to remain patient as efforts continue to restore services to normalcy.
“We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused by the current service disruptions. Our team is working round the clock to ensure all services are restored as quickly as possible,” the bank stated.
