A tragic incident occurred on the Ikorodu -Sagamu Road in Ikorodu -Sagamu Road in Ogun State, Nigeria, claiming the lives of four popular gospel ministers, including Evangelist Ayideji David, also known as Kekere Jesu.
The Federal Road Safety Corps, (FRSC) confirmed the incident, stating that the Ministers’ vehicle collided with another resulting in a fatal crash that killed all the four occupants instantly.
The incident involved multiple vehicles and claimed a total of 24 lives.
Preliminary investigation suggest that over speeding and poor visibility were the contributing factors.
Evangelist Kekere Jesu was a well-known figure in Nigerian gospel circles, celebrated for dynamic street evangelism, passionate preaching, and strong social media presence.
