The twelve-man senior military officers who dethroned Ali Bongo government have chosen General Brice Clautaire Oligui Nguema as the Transition Leader of the Republic of Gabon.
Brice is a Gabonese born in the Republic of Congo to military General, Clautaire Oligui Nguema.
He has his military training in Morocco and has led the military in Gabon midway in the administration of late Umar Bongo and the 14-year reign of his son Ali Bongo whom he kicked out of office at the wee hour of Wednesday 30th August 2023.
