Governor Uzodinma, Warns, Insists On Solid Work Across All Projects In the State

Governor Hope Uzodinma has assured Imolites of his sincerest readiness to give Imo State the best in his services as the State GOVERNOR and also charged the contractors handling Imo projects to give their best to improve the state and make the people happy.

On roads and construction sites, he charged the contractors to do a solid work according to prescription and get ready to deliver as at when due before the rain intensifies.

Uzodinma maintained on his promises during his interaction with Imolites at the 6th edition of the Imo State Stakeholders Meeting held in January 2022, where he elucidated his administration’s action plan for infrastructural overhaul in this 2022.

Our correspodent gathered that this is evident in the earmarked 74% on Capital Expenditure in the 2022 Imo State Appropriation Bill.

The governor assured that as a Government they have since contracted and mobilized to site on various roads and other infrastructural constructions with a timeframe of delivering before the rain intensifies.

As the timeline on completion of the ongoing constructions across the State approaches, on Friday he embarked on inspection of some construction sites to access the level of work and durability as contracted.

Uzodinma commended the Honourable Commissioner, Management and Staff of the Ministry of Works on their painstaking regular inspections. He also appreciated the contractors of the various sites in their dedication towards delivering quality and durable construction for Ndi Imo.

We will continue to improve on the infrastructural development of the State for the benefit of Ndi Imo, Governor Uzodinma Insists While addressing contractors handling Imo projects under his watch to reciprocate this gesture and give Imo the best.
