Popular Nigerian cleric Prophet Chukwuemeka Cyril Ohanaemere, popularly known as Odumeje, has reportedly declared that he will not die until he completes his mission on earth.
Speaking during a lively moment with his congregation, the controversial preacher questioned how people would celebrate him after his death, insisting that he would not be available for a conventional burial.
Odumeje, the founder of the Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry, Onitsha, Anambra State, is known for his bold declarations and controversial statements.
“You can never celebrate me when I am dead. Who would go and put their foot in my burial?”, he asked, repeatedly calling on his followers and asking whether they could see him.
Odumeje went on to declare, “Don’t come and plan a burial for me”, before making his bold claim: I can never die. The only thing I will do when I’m done with my job, I will disappear”
His remarks were met with enthusiastic reactions from the congregation, who responded with shouts and chants as the cleric continued his energetic performance.
He also described himself with grandiose expressions, referring to himself as a lion and someone destined to become a star, while the crowd echoed his words.
