Emoseh Khamofu, better known as Bloody Civilian, a Nigerian singer, has said she is in the music industry to compete with her male colleagues.

According to her, she does not see female colleagues as threats, insisting that it was high time female artists replaced their male counterparts at the top of the Nigerian music industry.

“I don’t see other female artists as threats. Actually, I’m here to occupy the spaces of the multiple male artists that you guys have put out this year. There are too many. It’s time to replace them with more women.” She said.
