Hon. Noble Abiaso Atulegwu

His passing out letter reads as thus:

My appreciation goes to God Almighty and to my ever loving Governor of Imo State, His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma for the appointments he gave to my little self, to serve as pioneer Commissioner for the new Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Skill Acquisition (March 2020 – March 2021) and Commissioner for the Ministry of Lands, Survey and Physical Planning (March 2021 – May 2021).

Words won’t be enough to quantify how grateful I’m to you my boss and Governor.

Serving and contributing my quota to the greatness of my state in the capacity of a Commissioner was a memorable experience for me. With the strength, knowledge, wisdom and understanding given to me by God and the full support from my amiable Governor I worked tirelessly to turn the two Ministries into better states than I met them and positioned them to add value to the wellbeing of my fellow citizens. For me, it was impact above self. It was service above self. And I feel joy I upheld those values even while in public office.

Today, as my services to my State in the capacity of a Commissioner in His Excellency’s Shared Prosperity Administration have come to a glorious end, I once again thank my boss and amiable Governor for his support and great trust reposed on me.

My loyalty is intact and will never be in doubt.

To my colleagues in the State Executive Council I say thank you all. It was more of a family to me. Your show of support, love and solidarity was top-notch. God bless you all.

And to everyone who worked with me, those I met in the course of serving my State in the Ministries and outside the Ministries and those who contributed to our success in one way or the other in making a difference and impacting the lives of the people positively within the period we served the State, I say may God Almighty reward you bountifully in Jesus name.

Though people have pleaded with the governor to retain Noble ATULEGWU, he would have been allowed more time to apply the recent introduction of payments to IMO TSA.
