IMO STATE GOVERNMENT under the leadership of Senator Hope Uzodinma has set all necessary MOVES TO REHABILITATE the shoes INDUSTRY located along orlu road Imo state.
This according to the governor is in line with the industrialization agenda of the Shared Prosperity administration to rehabilitate moribund industries in Imo state.
Our correspondent in Owerri reports that the Imo State Shoes Company located at Orlu Road is set to bounce back into production as the State government has concluded plans to relaunch the venture.
Information revealed to 9News Nigeria in Owerri was that the Shoes Company has been moribund and forgotten for a period of time now, dilapidated without attention from the past administrations.
It was one of the prides of Imo State and a relaunch of it would contribute towards the restoration of Imo glory by Uzodinma’s APC administration.
We were told that the Shoes Company, when revitalized, would not only contribute to the IGR growth of the State but also would create more jobs for the people and other ancillary businesses.
Also, our source told us that the revitalization would sum up to the list of revamped enterprises since the inception of the Shared Prosperity administration of His Excellency the Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma.
Meanwhile, we were told that as the 3R government continues on its recovery agenda, the industrialization project of Imo State for a better economy would continue to have an exponential growth rate.
