Imo Ex-Deputy Governor, Engineer Ebere Udeagu is being laid to rest today Saturday 28-01-2023 at his country home Owerri.

Late H/E Chief Engr Ebere Udeagu died late last year after a brief illness at the age of 79 in his country home Owerri Imo state Nigeria.

Recall that Late Udeagu was a former Vice Presidential candidate under All  Nigeria People’s Party (ANPP).

He also served as deputy governor to former Governor Achike Udenwa between 1999 and 2007.

He was a trained water Engineer and hails from Ihube in Okigwe Local Government Area of Imo State.

His remains is presently lying in state at the Imo state government house Owerri where creme de la creme of notable politicians, government officials and leaders of thought gathered to give him the last respect.

Imo Governor Hope Uzodinma

The Governor of Imo state, His Excellency Gov. Hope Uzodinma has described his death as a huge loss to the state while praying for the family to take solace in God.
