INEC have expressed readiness to give Nigerians a free and fair governorship election in Kogi state and Bayelsa state respectively.
Ad-hoc personnel are ready being transported to their areas of duty via RAC centers in earnest while security are in place to provide maximum security throughout the exercise today.
INEC have issued out sound warning for the protecting of the secrecy of the vote,electronic devices capable of taking pictures are not allowed in the voting cubicles while voters are warned to take photographs of other voters while they are voting.
