Sequel to the portrayal of Alhaji Abiodun Isola Ejigbadero with unprintable names in a desperate attempt to blackmail and tarnish his image and reputation, Mr. Jelili Sulaiman has been served a pre-action notice.
Following the announcement of his suspension by the Lagos State Assembly, Sulaiman has been spreading false narratives about the suspension. In his inability to provide answers for the mismanagement of public funds, diversion of public funds into his Zamzam Medical Outreach, purchase of old, faulty cars for councilors for official assignments, acquisition of several properties within his seven years of occupying the office as council chairman among several other allegations, Sulaiman has resorted to cheap blackmail, name-calling, resulting in his supporters calling Ejigbadero unpredictable names.
This pre-action notice serves to call Sulaiman to fully retract his malicious videos, tender an apology to Abiodun Ejigbadero and also pay a fine of one hundred million naira or face legal action.

We are the Soliciters to Alhajl Abiodun Jimoh Ishola Ejigbadero (hereinafer called Our Clent) on wthose behalf we are writing this petition to you.
Sir, you were shown recently on the Video on TikTok by Lagos Reporters also aired by Sahara Reporters to have alleged and attributed your uspension by the Lagos State House of Assembly to your refusal to hand over the Alimosho LGA revenues to Alhaji Abiodun Jimoh lshola Ejigbadero with your crowd of supporters cheering and chanting, shouting “Ole, Ole” (Thief, Thief).
Sir, you know that the said allegations were false entirely but you deliberately misrepresented the facts to the public in order to defame the character af our dients and denigrate his personality. Your unfounded allegations are capable of lowering our clilent’s estimation in the eyes of the right thinking members af the society and calculated to portray him as a
dubious, corrupt person who is conniving to illegally tamper with public revenues for his selfsh gains. It is an allegation bordering on crime. Your supporters shouting “Ole, Ole” lends credence to these interpretations. It exposed him to Public Odium and cast hm in total bad light.
Sir, it is against these backgrounds that we demand a full retraction of these baseles allegatlons against the person of our Client in two major National Newspapers along with an apology and the payment of the sum of ₦100,000,000 (One hundred Million Naita) only as damages for soiling his reputation and defamation of his Character. We give you 14 days to comply with these demands failing which we have been briefed by our Client to initiate legal actions against you in the Court of Law to seek redress in this matter.
