Owerri Federal Constituency which comprises of Owerri Municipal, Owerri North and Owerri West have jointly choosen their best preferred candidate in the person of Buchi Oparaugo to represent them in the green chamber come 2023.
This was contained in a release made available to 9News Nigeria which captured the Ten (10) Points Agenda Of The Hottest Likely House Of Representatives Candidate Chief Buchi Oparaugo To His Constituents.

It is human to err but devilish to willingly remain in error; a saying of intellectuals of which Chief Buchi Oparaugo is one. He says, the so called representatives of Owerri Federal Constituency have all failed to deliver on the mandate of the people.
The essence of voting for a representative is to channel their aspirations for modern day development with political acronym – dividends of democracy. The people have not seen these dividends for once.
That is why this young breed with very hot blood flowing in his veins want to speedily set the bar so high by ensuring that these 10 point agenda are even surpassed when he gets into the Green Chambers.
The 10 point agenda are as follows;
1. Submit bills that will benefit my people
2. Ensure that community projects are executed
3. Open door policy for my people
4. Create jobs for my people
5.Create skill acquisition for the widow, young and the unemployed
6. To remove the bottle necks in process that lead to development
7. To set the bar so high that the next person coming in will either continue from where I stopped or won’t vie at all.
8. To be accountable to you ndi nwem
9. To make life more meaningful for us all
10. To serve you with all my heart
The reason for the above is for you to hold me culpable on all aspects of good qovernance should I fail to deliver on my promises. That is why I listed them out to you so that you can have them. A golden fish has no hiding place my people.
