Justice Sylvanus Oriji of a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, has issued ex-parte order restricting Abiola protesters to the National Stadium otherwise known as MKO Abiola Stadium.
Justice Oriji issued the order on Wednesday while delivering a ruling in an ex-parte application brought before the Court by the Minister of FCT, Mr Nyesom Wike.
The scheduled nationwide protest against economic hardship in the country is slated to commence on Thursday August 01 -10, 2024.
