Dr. Kingsley Obiora has finally been confirmed by the Nigerian Senate as the Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria.
The confirmation followed the consideration of the report of Senator Uba Sani-led Senate Committee on Financial Institutions by the Senate.
In a similar development, the Upper Chamber also confirmed the nomination of Zirullah Hassan for appointment as Chairman National Hajji Commission of Nigeria and Seventeen other as members.
This was sequel to the consideration of the report of the Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs Chaired by Senator Emmanuel Bwacha.
