JUST IN:Senator Abba Moro Preaches Peace & Unity In PDP

…says party challenges are resolvable.

The senator representing Benue South Senatorial District and Senate Minority Leader, Comrade Abba Moro PhD, on Thursday urged members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Benue State to remain united and work together as one family for the progress of the party.

Senator Moro gave the charge at the PDP secretariat, Makurdi in the party’s stakeholders’ meeting.

The senator said PDP remained one family and charged members to work together for the progress and success of the party in future elections.

His words;

‘Let’s unite, work together and put right people in places to work for the party’s victory in future elections.

“We have been having wranglings in our party, which is normal in every party or gathering. I appeal to public affairs analysts, reporters and commentators to desist from writing reports or sensational stories that are capable of causing more disaffection in the party.

“Young people should be reminded that some persons paid the supreme price to make the party what it is today and it’s expected that those people are not subjected to needless ridicule and abuse.

“There is no problem in our party that cannot be resolved. Whatever challenge that may currently be confronting the party in the state will definitely be resolved and we will come out stronger and better to reclaim our winning ways.

“We will build the party for today and the future, and our efforts will not be in vain,” he added. John Anthony Ikwulono | August 22, 2024
