Killer Of Imo Born Make-Up Artist (Ijeoma Nneke) Sentenced To Death In Enugu State Nigeria

A certain court in Enugu State Nigeria has sentenced Miss Chiamaka Ifezue to death by hanging for killing an Imo born make-up artist Ijeoma Nneke.

The Judgement was passed by Justice Kenneth Okpe who in a two hours Judgment on Wednesday, found the accused Chiamaka Ifezue guilty of killing Ijeoma Nneke by forcing her to drink a poisonous substance.

While delivering the judgement, Justice Okpe stated that every piece of evidence pointed to the fact that the convict lured the deceased to her house where she poisoned and evacuated the body out of the House in Enugu State Nigeria.

Recall that the corpse of the make-up artist was found in Maryland Enugu metropolis on November 16, 2020.

The deceased Nneke had left home on Wednesday 11 November but went missing afterwards.

Report has it that her supposed client, having refused to disclose the location of the job ,asked the deceased to stop at Enugu State Broadcasting Service (ESBS) where she would then be taken to the point of service.

Deceased Ijeoma having percieved foul play, sent the client number to her brother through text message.

Shortly after her arrival, her phone was unreachable after hours leading to suspicion that she might have been kidnapped.

Investigative report disclosed that such unreachability of her phone led to a frantic search by his relatives and friends until early on Monday morning when her corpse was found in Maryland Enugu State.

However eyewitness report told News men that her lifeless body was mutilated with a substance suspected to be acid.

The high court sitting in Enugu was presided over by Justice Kenneth Okpe.

The said deceased Ijeoma Nneke hails from Imo State Nigeria where her late father served as a senior police officer in the then police post Umuoma Nekede.
